4 weeks remaining! how the year has flown by--and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Today we are testing on Chapter 10 and we will spend the remainder of the week working on Chapter 11. Please help me keep students focused for this final stretch! Check grades regularly! If your student will be taking the final exam, they already have materials for review and should be working on them.

As you know, we are quickly approaching the end of the 9-week period. I urge you to check Edline and discuss anything you question with your student and/or me. The easeist way to contact me is a facebook message or phone call. This week we will have a test on Wednesday and use the remainder of the week preparing for our 9-week test next Tuesday.

I am excited to have my students back from their trip! I know they had a good time. Today we will review the beginning of Chapter 8 and then continue in this chapter. We are starting Chapter 8 this week -- geometric mean and Pythagorean Theorem. There will be a vocab quiz on Friday. I do not anticipate a chapter test this week--after their week in Washington we will review for a day or two and then test. Encourage your student to stay caught up!

I appreciate your thoughts and prayers in my "season" of illness. Hopefully I am on the way to recovery! This week we will complete Chapter 7 and have the chapter 7 test mid-week. As always, encourage your student to stay caught up--time if flying!
